Dr. Vincent is comfortable with all aspects of pediatric orthopedic care.  His special interest areas include neuromuscular shoulder and brachial plexus injuries, management of complex limb-length discrepancies and pediatric spinal deformity & scoliosis.  He has published numerous peer-reviewed articles, four book chapters, and made frequent national and regional scientific presentations.

Dr. Vincent is the only pediatric orthopedic surgeon in Arizona personally trained and recognized as expert in the Ponseti method of clubfoot treatment by Dr Ponseti himself!

His philosophy of patient care is to center it on the child and family. “Each child and family is unique and requires a personal approach to the pediatric orthopedic problem or condition.  My job is to recognize differences in people, both parents and patients, and to tailor the care of the child appropriately based on these differences.”

Dr. Vincent has helped train medical students, pediatric and orthopedic residents and fellows, in an exchange program from New Zealand, Australia, Mexico, Turkey, Israel, Austria, Canada and Armenia.  He continues to remain very active in all aspects of medical education and works with residents from the University of Arizona orthopedic and pediatrics departments.
